Make The Perfect Baked Chicken For Your Family

1.    Prepare the following ingredients: 1 chicken whole or cut up, olive oil, salt and pepper, fresh or dried herbs of your choice, carrots, garlic, onions and your choice of wine.

2.    Clean the chicken by removing all of the giblets inside of the cavity of the chicken. Rinse the chicken after with tap water and pat dry using kitchen towels.

3.    Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper and place inside a baking dish. Rub the chicken with a little bit of olive oil to crisp up the outside while leaving the inside tender and moist.

4.    Place the chicken inside the oven and bake without any cover for an hour to an hour and a half or until the skin of the chicken is golden brown and the meat is cooked through.
